I voted for The Hard Way, just because it isn't a song that really stands up on its own. In context as part of the Schoolboys in Disgrace rock opera its a good song, but it's a strange thing to perform in isolation in a "straight" concert of unrelated songs. It sticks out like a sore thumb. Plus there's nothing else here that I could choose - I love them all. Unlike some people, I consider this to be the second best live Kinks album, not as good as To The Bone, but better than The Road (1987), the second half of Showbiz, and Live at Kelvin Hall. I would consider, for the record that Kelvin Hall is the nadir of the Kinks' canon. For me, One For the Road is a joyous celebration of the stage the Kinks had reached by the end of the 70s, a kind of time capsule of that era. They had already done great things, but listening to this you realise how many more great things were still to come.
