Here you are, as ordered by Iñaki!
-------------------- Those of you brave enough will, in time, be allowed to play rugby (which is similar to American "football", but does not involve stopping for a rest every twenty seconds or wearing full kevlar body armour like nancies).
I’d leave Bob Dylan the songwriter and replace Bob Dylan the singer with Sam Cooke. Or a bag full of cats being beaten by a stick. Anything would sound better than Dylan! http://www.badgerbadgerbadger.com http://www.weebls-stuff.com |

I'm actually going to have to go out and buy this one before I can vote. Never heard it. I've got all their studio output but none of their live albums ( 'cept for the second half of Showbiz).

I love this concert album. It was the first album Ray signed for me 2 years ago.
I voted for National Health however. -------------------- Preserving the old ways from being abused, protecting the new ways for me and for you ©

No, they aren't, ExKaliber...:-) A part of it was recorded in Switzerland in Zurich at the venue Volkshaus. I was there in the middle of the first row!!! Nevertheless I voted off - National Health. -------------------- I believe that you and me last forever.

Well I think my assumption came mostly from the live filming all being from there.

Prince of the Punks. I am not mad about this song. Rest of the album gives a great impression of what it must have been like to see the Kinks live.

This album hasn't aged well. There are still many exciting moments on the album and dave is in excellent form. I saw the Kinks perform almost the exact same set list about 3 times in the early 80s. I find Pressure to be somewhat annoying and don't much care for Attitude or Natural Health either. I also don't like the part during Lola when Ray says "This is the disco version". He said that every time I saw them play it up till the mid 80s.

I voted for Pressure - not a fan of the studio version either.
20th Century Man is the best song on this LP - and amazingly, it was omitted from the original CD release because of time constraints. Strangely, I think National Health is one of the stronger numbers on this album. I agree with Mr. K about the "disco version" comment. Overall, this LP basically taught us all how arena rock should and could be done. -------------------- |

The slow laidback version of"TILL THE END OF THE DAY" is my pick. Great song, bad example
