At any given moment in the day, if you asked me what songs were on my mental soundtrack, I could tell you three or four (channel-surfing in my brain) and one of them would just about always be a Kinks song. So whoever reads this -- quick, type in the name of the Kinks song that's teasing your brain today.
For me today it would be Have Another Drink -- "Has everybody got problems? Are you stuck in a dead end job?..." (Tells you what my day has been like...) -------------------- www.thesonginmyheadtoday.blogspot.com

The song in my head is Dri-i-i-i-i-iving! I hated my lesson today, so will be mainly having a big strop about being a big failure! LOL -------------------- "An orgy for ears" the liner notes say, and I'm not gonna argue with that. It's an open question as to whether the audience or the band sounds better, but they both sound great. Everyone's in excellent voice, and, from the sound of things, Pete Quaife's bass could beat up Paul McCartney's bass..."

Right now, it's London Song as I just received my EP and can't stop playing it. What fun it must have been to be the backup singers on that track! Since I missed out on The Storyteller tour & CD all 4 tunes are new to me. Get's better with every listen.
